Hi, everyone!  We just thought we would let you know that Raymond Edler is the realtor for you if you are looking to buy or sell a home.  He not only helped me buy my new home but was able to help  negotiate the best price for this area and for the size of the house we bought.  Raymond "listens" not only with his ears but with his eyes. My husband and I had certain things we were looking for in a home, and Raymond was able to steer us in the right direction. He observed what we looked at while we toured homes, and then must have made mental notes, because often he knew before we knew when we were not looking at the right home.  He took us to as many homes as we felt like seeing in a day, even if we only stepped into the hall and turned to leave.  He always had a smile on his face and was willing to go to just "one more" for me .
 
The day we walked into the house we now call our home, I was amazed at how perfect it fit us.  I don't think I even went upstairs.  I just stood in the kitchen and looked at my husband and Raymond and smiled . Raymond looked at me and all he could say was " I get it."  Raymond is not only honest, but is perfect when dealing with a difficult client.  I would know because I am "that" client.  We had previously tried to buy a home that was exactly like the one we were standing in, but I didn't listen to Raymond and we lost out to someone else who put in an offer for that house. Raymond has the soul of a saint, because I complained for about 5 days about it and then said "We will find the right house and we will know it because what is meant to be is meant to be."  I was trying again to drag my feet on putting in an offer on our perfect home.  It had been reduced in price that week, and Raymond helped us understand that if we really wanted this house we better move forward with an offer .
 
Let's just say the rest is history!  We love the new home, and I know we could not have done this without him.   We not only found a great realtor but a good friend. We have a saying in our house " Raymond Edler may not tell you what you want to hear but he will tell you the truth."  My husband swears he didn't think poor Raymond would make it trying to deal with me, but not only did he make it, but he made it with my stamp of approval.  He helped us find the house of our dreams, did it in a short amount of time, and was able to save us over $20K. He thought of so many things when it got down to the contract that he made my head spin.
 
I have recommended Raymond to anyone who I hear say they are even thinking of buying a home, and I would be willing to talk with anyone via email or phone about my great home-buying experience with Raymond. If you are looking for a home and want a great deal, you belong with Mr. Edler , if you are just toying with the idea of buying, you belong with Mr. Edler.  If you just need advice on buying or selling a home you belong with Mr. Edler.

Raymond is always working to get the best deal possible. He got us great deal on a duplex with the seller paying the closing costs at a price well below market. But when my first lender dragged their feet the seller threatened to back out of the deal, Raymond got them to agree to several extensions without penalty. He helped us price the rental unit at market value and get the potential tenants calling. We now have a tenant lined up before we have even made a mortgage payment.  Thanks Raymond, it was a pleasure working with you!

5/5/08 Today I closed on my first house! Raymond was great. When I first started looking for houses I was not real sure what I wanted. Raymond sat me down and he asked me what I would like in my future house. He asked me about every little detail and he was able to narrow down exactly what I was looking for. I have always heard stories of Realtors taking clients around all day to look at houses and it ends up being a waste of time. Instead of taking me around all day, Raymond went and previewed the houses and eliminated the ones that he knew I would not be interested in. Then he took me around and we spent three hours. After he showed me the last house I was sold. It was exactly what I was looking for and it was in my price range. From that point on everything went smooth and Raymond made sure of that. Raymond is not your ordinary real estate agent that is just concerned about the sale. He made sure that this was the house I wanted and that I was comepletely satisfied with my decision before we made an offer on the house. I would definately recommend Raymond to any of my family and friends who is looking to buy a house. To this day he still calls me or emails me to make sure that everything is going well with the house. I am very satisfied and so is my family.
